Six years ago, I was hearing the same excuses while working at Manuvia, one of Central Europe’s largest staffing agencies. Our focus was on mass-volume blue-collar staffing. The traditional marketing channels had stopped delivering, and the demand for new hires was skyrocketing. It became clear that we needed to revolutionize our approach to marketing.

Thus began a significant transformation from mainly offline to full-stack online marketing. This journey involved building a new team and establishing processes to create a smoothly running machine capable of generating thousands of leads. It was a challenging three-year process filled with ups and downs, but the results spoke for themselves. After our transformation, we developed a system that allowed us to hire over 2,000 blue-collar workers each month.
